Stir Fry Cabbage

  • 1 cabbage head, tear cabbage leaves, washed and drained
  • 2 green onion, sliced
  • 1 tbsp ginger, minced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp vinegar
  • 4 dried chilies
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt

    Preheat the griddle to high heat.

    Add oil to the hot griddle top.

    Add ginger, garlic, and green onion and sauté for 2-3 minutes.

    Add dried chilies and sauté for 30 seconds.

    Add cabbage, vinegar, soy sauce, and salt and stir fry for 1-2 minutes over high heat until cabbage wilted.
