Stir Fry Bok Choy

  • 2 heads bok choy, trimmed and cut crosswise
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 tsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp peanut oil
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

    In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil and water and set aside.

    Preheat the griddle to high heat.

    Add oil to the hot griddle top.

  4. 4

    Add bok choy and salt and stir fry for 2 minutes.

  5. 5

    Add butter and soy sauce mixture and stir fry for 1-2 minutes.
