- 3 each sm. onions, diced
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1 each c. sliced mushrooms
- 1 each tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1 each -1/2 c. water
- 1/3 each c. tomato juice
- 1 each env. Au Jus gravy mix
- 0 each -1-1/2 lb. boneless top round steak, cut up
Instructions

Cook onions, garlic and mushrooms in butter.

Add cut up steak.

Brown until done.

Add water and tomato juice; stir in gravy mix.

Simmer 4 minutes.

Serve over rice or noodles.
