  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 can Mexican-style stewed tomatoes, undrained
  • 1 package brown gravy mix
  • 1 to taste chili powder (optional)
  • 1 to taste sour cream (optional)
  • 1 bag corn chips or Doritos, crushed

Instructions

    Brown ground beef in a skillet and drain fat.

    Add tomatoes and gravy mix, stirring well over medium heat.

    Add chili powder to taste if desired. Simmer for 5 to 10 minutes until heated through.
