Southern Sweet Potatoes

  • ¼ cup butter
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • ¾ cup brown sugar
  • 3 cups grated sweet potatoes (raw)
  • 2 eggs

Instructions

    Cream butter and sugars, add eggs and beat well.

    Combine with cream and sweet potatoes.

  3. 3

    Pour in greased 2 quart casserole.

  4. 4

    Bake at 350º uncovered for 1 hour.
