- 1 Large egg
- 2 tb Cooking oil
- 1/4 c Instant or evaporate milk
- 1 ts Salt
- 1 ts Baking soda
- 1 ts Sugar
Instructions

Mix ingredients together and let the mixture bubble and foam a minute or two

then drop on hot griddle in large spoonfuls
