  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • Powdered sugar

Instructions

    Combine sour cream and eggs and beat well.

    Sift dry ingredients together, then add to egg mixture and stir lightly.

    Spread in lightly greased 8x8-in. pan.

    Bake in 350 degree oven for 25 minutes.

    Sprinkle with powdered sugar while hot.
