Snickerdoodle Cookies
A Coleman family recipe for Snickerdoodle Cookies.

- 1 c butter
- 1 1/2 c sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 2/3 c flour
- 2 t cream of tartar
- 2 t baking soda
- 2 t sugar
- 2 t cinnamon
Instructions

Mix together cinnamon and sugar in shallow bowl.

Mix butter, sugar and eggs.

Add flour, cream of tartar and baking soda.

Form 1 inch balls and roll in cinnamon and sugar mixture
- 5
Press flat with fork onto ungreased cookie sheet.

Bake 8 to 10 minutes at 350 degrees.
