Smokey Meatloaf

A healthy low-carb recipe for Smokey Meatloaf.

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup crushed barbecue pork rinds - crushed
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 T minced dried onion
  • 1 T Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 t liquid smoke
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

    Preheat oven 350F.

    Mix all ingredients along with salt and pepper to taste.

    Form into a loaf and place in a baking dish.

    Bake 1 hour.
