  • Brinkman or similar smoker garlic powder
  • Charcoal pan heaping full onion powder
  • Water pan full wild rice and sausage dressing mix
  • 1 10-15 lb turkey-unstuffed 1 jar apricot preserves
  • 2 medium onions 1/2 cups water
  • 3-3 stalks celery with leaves
  • 1 tbs salt Rinse hens, remove giblets, and pat dry. Sprinkle
  • rosemary leaves cavity with salt, paprika, onion and garlic powder.
