Smoked Turkey

- Charcoal pan heaping full onion powder
- Water pan full wild rice and sausage dressing mix
- 1 10-15 lb turkey-unstuffed 1 jar apricot preserves
- 2 medium onions 1/2 cups water
- 3-3 stalks celery with leaves
- 1 tbs salt Rinse hens, remove giblets, and pat dry. Sprinkle
