Smoked Corn On The Cob

  • 2 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 onions, diced
  • Brinkman or similar smoker 6c squash, diced
  • Charcoal pan 1/2 full 3 cans whole corn
  • Water pan 3/4 full 1 red pepper, diced
  • 8 ears fresh corn in the husk 1 green pepper, diced
  • margarine 1 tsp salt
  • salt 1/4 cups olive oil
  • 2 tsp cumin

Instructions

    Carefully peel back husks and remove silk. Brush

    corn with melted margarine and lightly salt. Fold Heat olive oil in large skillet and sauté onion, garlic,
