Shrimp Casserole

Quick shrimp and noodle casserole with cream of shrimp soup, mayonnaise, celery, scallions and cheddar cheese, finished with crunchy chow mein noodles on top.

  • 4 oz egg noodles, cooked
  • 0.8 cup milk
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp scallions, chopped
  • 1 cup canned shrimp (or more)
  • 0.3 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 10 0.8 oz cream of shrimp soup
  • 0.3 cup celery, diced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.3 cup chow mein noodles for topping

Instructions

    Combine all ingredients except chow mein noodles.

    Pour into a greased baking dish. Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes.

    Top with chow mein noodles and bake 10 minutes longer.
