Shrimp Casserole
Quick shrimp and noodle casserole with cream of shrimp soup, mayonnaise, celery, scallions and cheddar cheese, finished with crunchy chow mein noodles on top.

- 4 oz egg noodles, cooked
- 0.8 cup milk
- 0.5 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp scallions, chopped
- 1 cup canned shrimp (or more)
- 0.3 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 10 0.8 oz cream of shrimp soup
- 0.3 cup celery, diced
- 1 tsp salt
- 0.3 cup chow mein noodles for topping
Instructions

Combine all ingredients except chow mein noodles.

Pour into a greased baking dish. Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes.

Top with chow mein noodles and bake 10 minutes longer.
