Seven Can Chicken Casserole

Easy pantry casserole combining cooked chicken with six canned ingredients — Chinese vegetables, mushrooms, water chestnuts, two soups and evaporated milk. Served over Chinese noodles or rice.

  • 2 whole chicken breasts, cooked and cut up
  • 4 oz canned mushrooms, drained
  • 16 oz canned Chinese vegetables, drained
  • 8 oz canned water chestnuts, sliced and drained
  • 10 0.8 oz cream of mushroom soup
  • 10 0.8 oz cream of celery soup
  • 13 oz evaporated milk
  • 16 oz canned Chinese noodles or cooked rice for serving

Instructions

    Mix together all ingredients except noodles or rice.

    Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes or until bubbly.

    Serve over Chinese noodles or rice.
