Seared Spicy Citrus Chicken
A Blackstone griddle recipe for Seared Spicy Citrus Chicken.
Ingredients
- 2 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 2 teaspoon lime zest
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
Instructions

Whisk together marinade ingredients in a large mixing bowl; reServings 2 tablespoons of the marinade for basting.

Add chicken and marinade to a sealable plastic bag and marinate 8 hours or overnight in the refrigerator.

Preheat griddle to medium high heat and brush lightly with olive oil.

Place chicken on griddle and cook 8 minutes per side.
