Scallops Kebab

Scallops marinated in a soy-vinaigrette mixture, then skewered with bell pepper, onion, and fresh tomatoes and grilled for about 20 minutes.

  • 2 lb scallops
  • 0.5 cup soy sauce
  • 0.5 cup oil-and-vinegar dressing
  • 2 green bell peppers, cut into chunks
  • 2 onions, cut into chunks
  • 2 tomatoes, cut into chunks

Instructions

    Marinate scallops in soy sauce and oil-and-vinegar dressing for about 4 hours.

    Alternate scallops on skewers with chunks of green pepper, onion, and tomato.

    Grill over medium heat for about 20 minutes, turning occasionally, until scallops are done.
