- 2 medium zucchinis, cut into matchsticks
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 2 tsp garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp honey
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- 2 cups carrots, cut into matchsticks
- 2 cups snow peas
Instructions

In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, garlic, and honey and set aside.

Preheat the griddle to high heat.

Add oil to the hot griddle top.

Add carrots, snow peas, and zucchini, and sauté for 1-2 minutes.

Add soy sauce mixture and stir fry for 1 minute.

Garnish with sesame seeds
