Prosciutto Biscuits

- 200g plain flour
- 100g prosciutto, roughly chopped
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp dried oregano
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions

Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).

Mix flour, prosciutto, salt, pepper, oregano, garlic powder and onion powder in a bowl.

Add beaten egg and olive oil. Mix until a dough forms.

Roll out the dough on a floured surface to about 1/2 cm thickness.

Cut into biscuits using a cookie cutter or knife.

Place biscuits on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.

Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
