  • 1 lb. pomfret pieces
  • 1 tbsp. oil
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. tomato paste
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. chilli powder and 1 sliced green chilli

Instructions

    Mix the pomfret pieces, lemon juice, tomato paste, salt, onion, garlic and chilli powders

    Heat oil in a frying pan

  3. 3

    Fry the pomfret pieces coated with the spices

  4. 4

    After the pomfret pieces are done, transfer to the serving dish

  5. 5

    Just before turning off the heat add the green chillies

  6. 6

    Use the green chillies as a garnish

  7. 7

    Serve hot
