- 1 each 8 oz. can tomato sauce
- 2 tbsp crushed red chili
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 each garlic cloves, minced (or ¼ tsp garlic powder)
- 2 tsp vinegar
- 1 each juice of half a lemon
- ½ tsp cumin powder
- ½ tsp oregano

• Combine all ingredients and mix well.

• Let stand for 3 hours.

• Excellent with tacos or as a dip for tortilla chips.
