Macaroni, Italian Style

  • 1 cup macaroni
  • 5 0.5 cup scalded
  • 2/3 cup grated
  • milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • cheese
  • 2 tablespoons flour

Instructions

    Layer with half of the macaroni, tomatoes and cheese sauce.

    Repeat the layers.

    Sprinkle with the mozzarella cheese.

  4. 4

    Combine the bread crumbs and butter and sprinkle this over top.

  5. 5

    Cover the dish and bake for 40 minutes.

    Uncover and bake 10 to 15 minutes longer, until the dish is golden brown and bubbly.

    Let it stand for five minutes before serving.
