- 1 tbsp xanthan gum
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp ginger
- 1/4 tsp cloves
- 3 eggs

In a large bowl, whisk together almond milk, heavy cream, vanilla extract, xanthan gum, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and cloves.
