- 10 cups tomatoes, peeled and chopped
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 6 Anaheim Peppers, seeded and chopped
- 2 Pasilla Peppers, seeded and chopped
- 2 Serrano Peppers (more as desired for more heat), seeded and chopped
- 4 heaping tsp. Chopped garlic
- 1/4 – 1/2 cup cider vinegar
- 1 Tbs. Salt
- 1/2 tsp. Cumin
- 1/2 tsp. Cilantro (dry flakes), or fresh is better (2 Tbs.+)
- 2 Tbs. Sugar, or more to taste
Instructions

Mix all of the ingredients.

Bring to a boil.

Cook until liquid is reduced to desired consistency.

Stir frequently to prevent scorching.
- 5
Freeze in containers.
