Katta Meeta Paneer
A vegetarian curry recipe for Katta Meeta Paneer.

- 200g cottage cheese (paneer), diced
- 1/4 tsp white pepper
- 2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp maida
- 1 cup water
- 1 tsp tomato sauce
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup vinegar
- 1 tsp cornflour
- Orange color used in cooking
- 2 carrots boiled
- 125g boiled green peas
- 100g French beans boiled
- 2 onions, chopped
- 125g palak leaves
- 100g fenugreek leaves

Marinate paneer with white pepper, 1/2 tsp salt, maida and fry the paneer pieces.

Cook sugar, cornflour (mixed with water), tomato sauce, salt, and vinegar in a pan on fire.

When the mixture thickens a bit, put in salt n' pepper to taste and all of cottage cheese and other vegetables.

Put in two onions and cook for sometime.

Serve with boiled rice.
