- ¼ cup light soy sauce
- 3 T oil
- 3 T water
- ½ tsp ground ginger
- 1 sliced red bell pepper
- 1 cup chopped mushrooms
- 1 cup chopped broccoli
- 1 cup fresh bean sprouts
- 4 cups cooked rice
