  • ¼ cup light soy sauce
  • 3 T oil
  • 3 T water
  • ½ tsp ground ginger
  • 1 sliced red bell pepper
  • 1 cup chopped mushrooms
  • 1 cup chopped broccoli
  • 1 cup fresh bean sprouts
  • 4 cups cooked rice

    Add the mushrooms and bean sprouts, and continue to stir-fry for another 2 minutes (or until cooked.)
