  • 2 zucchinis, cut into 1/2-inch-thick slices
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 1/2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • Pepper
  • Salt

Instructions

    In a small bowl, mix melted butter, lemon juice, Italian seasoning, garlic, pepper, and salt.

    Brush zucchini slices with melted butter mixture.

    Preheat the griddle to high heat.
