- 3 cup cauliflower 2 tablespoons diced green
- 1/8 tsp basil – dry 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
- bell pepper 2 tablespoons diced onion
- ¼ cup water 3 tablespoons italian salad
- dressing1/4 teaspoon salt 1/8 teaspoon oregano – dry

Cut cauliflower into bite-sized pieces.

Prepare Italian Salad Dressing.

Transfer the blanched cauliflower florets to a bowl with the vinaigrette.

Toss to coat with the vinaigrette and let cool.

When cooled to room temperature, add the next 8 ingredients (red onion to crushed red pepper flakes).

Pour the salad dressing over the cauliflower salad and toss to combine.

Let the salad set in the fridge for a couple of hours before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
