  • 3 cup cauliflower 2 tablespoons diced green
  • 1/8 tsp basil – dry 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
  • bell pepper 2 tablespoons diced onion
  • ¼ cup water 3 tablespoons italian salad
  • dressing1/4 teaspoon salt 1/8 teaspoon oregano – dry

Instructions

    Cut cauliflower into bite-sized pieces.

    Prepare Italian Salad Dressing.

    Transfer the blanched cauliflower florets to a bowl with the vinaigrette.

    Toss to coat with the vinaigrette and let cool.

    When cooled to room temperature, add the next 8 ingredients (red onion to crushed red pepper flakes).

    Pour the salad dressing over the cauliflower salad and toss to combine.
