- 4 bread slices, cut each bread slice into 3 pieces vertically
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla

Preheat the griddle to medium-low heat.

In a bowl, whisk eggs with cinnamon, vanilla, and milk.

Spray griddle top with cooking spray.

Dip each bread piece into the egg mixture and coat well.
