Eggnog Bread
Festive holiday quick bread flavored with dairy eggnog, rum extract, vanilla, and nutmeg — moist and tender.

- 2 whole eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup dairy eggnog
- 0.5 cup butter, melted
- 0.3 tsp nutmeg
- 2 tsp rum extract
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 0.3 cup flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease bottom of a bread pan.

Beat eggs, then add sugar, eggnog, butter, rum extract, and vanilla. Blend well.

Add flour, baking powder, and nutmeg. Stir until just moistened.

Pour into greased pan. Bake at 350°F for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

Cool 10 minutes, remove from pan, and allow to cool completely before slicing.
