  • 1/4 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 cups sliced peaches
  • 1/2 cup biscuit mix
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice

    MIX 1st 5 ingredients.

    PLACE in casserole.

    MIX rest of ingredients; SPREAD over peaches.

    BAKE at 350°F for 40 minutes.
