- 4 medium size Potatoes
- 2t Cumin seeds
- 1t Salt
- 4 t Mango powder
- 1 Hot pepper
- 2t Garam Masala
Instructions

Boil potatoes until cooked but not overdone.

Peel and cut into 12 " cubes.

Heat oil very hot, add and brown cumin seeds.

Add potatoes and fry until they are golden brown. Add the remaining ingredients, and fry for 2-3 minutes or more.

Remove from oil with a slotted spoon.
