- 1 cup raisins
- 0.5 cup raw almonds
- 0.5 cup raw cashews
- 0.5 cup unsweetened, shredded coconut
- 0.5 cup sunflower seeds
- 0.5 cup each of dried apples, and apricots, diced
- 1 cup carob chips
Instructions

Combine in a large mixing bowl. Store in tightly covered jars. When needed, pack into small individual plastic bags. Make 5 1/2 cups.
