  • 2 eggs
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon soda, dissolved in 1 tablespoon hot water
  • 1 ¼ cup dates
  • ½ cup water
  • ½ cup sugar
  • ½-¾ cup nuts

Instructions

    Roll dough ½-inch thick and spread filling, then roll like a jelly roll and chill
