- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup of granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla
- 1 cup of shredded coconut
- 1 cup of chopped pecans
- 1 cup of chopped dates
- Powdered or granulated sugar
Instructions

Mix all of the ingredients together and place in a shallow baking pan.

Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

Remove from the oven and mix well.

Roll into balls while still warm

Then roll in powdered or granulated sugar
