  • 2 lbs small red potatoes, quartered
  • 2 (8 oz) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 can cream of potato soup, undiluted
  • 1 envelope rance salad dressing mix

Instructions

    Place potatoes in crockpot.

    In a small bowl, beat cream cheese, soup and salad dressing, mix.

    Stir into potatoes.

  4. 4

    Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until potatoes are tender.

  5. 5

    Also add about a tablespoon of milk.
