- 3 beef brisket
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic -- minced
- 2 Bay leaves
- 1 Head cabbage -- cut into 8 wedges
Instructions

Place corned beef in Crock pot.

Add water, onion, garlic and bay leaves.

Cover, and cook on Low for 10 to 12 hours (overnight is good).

About 2 hours before its finished, add in the cabbage and let continue to cook.
