- 1 pound dried small white beans -- rinsed
- 4 1/2 cups water
- 1/3 cup molasses
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 onion -- chopped
- 1/4 pound salt pork -- cut into 1" cubes
- 1 tablespoon dijon-style mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions

In slow-cooker, combine all ingredients.

Cover and cook on LOW 13 to 14 hours, stirring occasionally, if possible.
