  • 1 pound dried small white beans -- rinsed
  • 4 1/2 cups water
  • 1/3 cup molasses
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 onion -- chopped
  • 1/4 pound salt pork -- cut into 1" cubes
  • 1 tablespoon dijon-style mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

    In slow-cooker, combine all ingredients.

    Cover and cook on LOW 13 to 14 hours, stirring occasionally, if possible.
