  • 3 ounces Cream Cheese
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 Egg Yolk
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
  • 2-1/2 cups sifted Flour
  • 1 tsp grated Orange Rind

Instructions

    Mix to form soft ball

    Use with cookie press or make thumbprint

  3. 3

    Bake at 350° for 12 to 14 minutes
