Crabby Potatoes

Baked potato skins stuffed with a seasoned lump crab mixture, brushed with butter, and baked until golden — a crowd-pleasing crab-stuffed potato.

  • 4 large potatoes, baked until tender and cooled
  • 1 lb lump crab meat
  • 0.5 cup chopped green bell pepper
  • 0.5 cup chopped onion
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp dry mustard
  • 1 tbsp prepared brown mustard
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 2 tbsp seafood seasoning (Old Bay)
  • 0.5 cup butter, melted

Instructions

    Preheat oven to 350°F. Cut potatoes in half lengthwise; scoop out pulp, leaving shells intact.

    Mix crab meat with bell pepper, onion, mayonnaise, dry and brown mustard, paprika, and 1 tbsp seafood seasoning.

    Brush potato skins inside and out with melted butter. Season with remaining seafood seasoning.

    Fill shells with crab mixture. Bake 20–25 minutes until heated through and golden.
