Crab Vermouth

- 0.5 cup butter
- 1 0.3 cup dry vermouth, divided
- 1 can chicken broth
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 tbsp garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp granulated sugar
- 2 crabs whole crabs, cooked, cleaned, and cracked
Instructions

Melt butter in a large pan over medium heat. Stir in 1 cup dry vermouth and the chicken broth.

Add parsley, garlic, soy sauce, lemon juice, and sugar. Bring to a boil.

Cover, reduce heat, and simmer for 10 minutes.

Add crabs to the sauce. Cover and simmer until heated through, about 10 more minutes.

Pour the remaining 1/4 cup dry vermouth over the crabs before serving. Serve with crusty French bread.
