- 4 small boneless steaks
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup heavy cream -- or more if needed
- 1 bag pork rinds and crushed them till very fine
Instructions

Whip eggs and heavy cream together using fork.

Then dip steak into the eggs/cream and roll in crushed pork rinds.

Deep fry till done. Very good!
