- 1 large can tomatoes
- GLAZE 1 tsp oregano
- 3 lb corned beef brisket
- 1/4 cups white vinegar
- 2 bay leaves
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cups orange marmalade
- 2 tbs Worcestershire sauce
- 4 cups water
