Clam and Corn Chowder

Quick and easy clam and corn chowder with creamed corn, minced clams, dill weed, and a splash of milk — ready in minutes.

  • 1 whole small yellow onion, peeled and diced
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 6 0.5 oz can minced clams
  • 17 oz can cream style corn
  • 1 can milk (fill the corn can)
  • 1 tsp dried dill weed
  • 1 pinch salt and freshly ground pepper

Instructions

    Sauté onion in butter until soft but not turning color.

    Combine remaining ingredients and add to pan.

    Simmer for 5 minutes.

    Serve with plenty of pepper.
