- 0.5 cup Heavy cream
- 4 tbsp Butter
- 1 tbsp Orange zest
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 tsp Salt

Instructions

Combine sugar and water in a saucepan.

Heat until sugar dissolves and mixture turns amber color.

Remove from heat and carefully pour in heavy cream.
