Chocolate Mousse Cake

  • 1 Bar Carbolite Dark Chocolate (1.75 oz)
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 2 tablespoons splenda
  • 2 tablespoons half and half
  • 1/4 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Egg

Instructions

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

    In heavy saucepan over low heat, add chocolate, butter, splenda, half and half, and vanilla.

    Stir frequently until melted and smooth.

    In medium bowl lightly beat egg.

  5. 5

    Slowly beat warm chocolate mixture into egg until blended.

    Pour batter into small baking dish.

  7. 7

    Bake for 45 minutes or until toothpick inserted 1 inch from edge comes out clean.
