- 1/3 C. milk chocolate chips
- 1/3 C. white chocolate or vanilla milk chips
- 1/3 C. semisweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 C. packed dark brown sugar
- 1 C. buttermilk biscuit and baking mix
- 1/2 C. packed light brown sugar
- 1 C. buttermilk biscuit and baking mix
Instructions

Empty contents of jar into medium bowl.

Stir in 1 stick butter or margarine, melted, 1 large egg and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract until well combined.

Shape into 1-inch balls.

Place on baking sheets coated with cooking spray.

Bake at 375ºF for 10 to 12 minutes or until cookies are light golden brown.
