Crockpot chipotle chicken

  • 4 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 can of enchilada sauce
  • 2 or 3 regular jars of salsa
  • If you want it spicy you can put a chipotle chili or two in the sauce (I don't!)

Instructions

    Cook on high for 5 hours when chicken is frozen.

    Take meat out and shred.

  3. 3

    Stir box of instant rice into salsa, let cook, and you have a rice dish!

  4. 4

    Serve the chicken on tortillas with whatever toppings you'd like!
