- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- 1 can of enchilada sauce
- 2 or 3 regular jars of salsa
- If you want it spicy you can put a chipotle chili or two in the sauce (I don't!)

Cook on high for 5 hours when chicken is frozen.

Take meat out and shred.

Stir box of instant rice into salsa, let cook, and you have a rice dish!

Serve the chicken on tortillas with whatever toppings you'd like!
