Cheesy Pepperoni Chicken

  • 1 boneless chicken breast
  • 4 pepperoni slices
  • 1/4 c. Ragu Alfredo Sauce
  • shredded parmesan cheese

Instructions

    brown the chicken breasts in olive oil until almost cooked through

  2. 2

    drain on paper towel and put into baking dish

  3. 3

    add slices of pepperoni and shredded parm cheese on top of each breast

  4. 4

    bake at 350 until chicken is cooked through and cheese is bubbly

  5. 5

    warm up the Ragu Alfredo sauce in microwave and pour over baked chicken
