  • 4 large carrots, cooked and grated
  • 1 small onion, grated
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3 eggs, beaten

Instructions

    Mix together carrots, onion, salt, nutmeg, sugar, milk, and eggs.
