Carob Bark

A healthy vegetarian recipe for Carob Bark from God's Garden.

  • 4 to 5 c carob chips
  • 1/2 c almond butter
  • 1 c sliced almonds

Instructions

    Melt carob chips slightly over low heat in saucepan.

    Stir in almond butter and continue to melt.

  3. 3

    Stir in almond slices until evenly coated.

  4. 4

    Pour onto a baking sheet sprayed with non-stick vegetable spray.

  5. 5

    Let cool at room temperature or fridge.

  6. 6

    When hardened, cut into 1 inch square pieces.

  7. 7

    Store in airtight container.
