- 2 lg Heads Cabbage
- 2 cups Fresh Mushrooms
- 1 lb Bacon
- 1 Onion, chopped
- Mix 1 cup flour, 3 whole eggs, 1 Tbsp water
Instructions

Fry bacon, onion, mushrooms.

Shred and scald cabbage.

Mix bacon and cabbage mixture.

Drop small amount off tsp into boiling water.

Cook for a few minutes (taste to see if done).

Drain but do not rinse cooked dumplings.

Add to cabbage mixture.
